Who we are

arlee is an AI consulting and automation studio based in Lebanon. In this policy, “arlee”, “we” and “us” mean the studio, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or contacts us.

What we collect

When you email us. Your name, your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.

When you use our contact form. Your name, company, email address, your phone number if you give one, the service you're interested in and your message. We collect these only to respond to your enquiry.

When you book a call. Booking happens on Cal.com, a separate scheduling service. It collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the time you choose, under its own privacy policy, and passes them to us so we can hold the call.

When you browse the site. arlee.ai has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking tools. Like any website, the company that hosts it automatically records standard technical details for each visit: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. These server logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies. The site uses one cookie, which remembers whether you are reading in English or Arabic. It holds no personal information and is not used to track you.

How we use it

We use what you send us, by email or through the contact form, only to respond to your enquiry and, if you want, to talk about working together. We use technical logs only to run and protect the site. We may also keep information where the law requires it.

We don't sell your information, share it for advertising or use it to build a profile of you.

Who we share it with

When you use the contact form, your details go straight to the business tools we use to handle enquiries, such as our workflow automation and the systems where we keep client conversations, and they are stored there.

Beyond that, we share information only with the service providers we need to run the site and our email, such as our hosting and email providers, and only as much as they need to do that work. These providers may store or process information outside Lebanon.

We will also share information if the law requires us to, for example in response to a valid request from the authorities.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and contact form enquiries for as long as the conversation, and any work that follows from it, needs them. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a limited period.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including anything you sent through the contact form. Email hello@arlee.ai and we will reply as soon as we can, within the time the law allows.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them; it simply won't remember your language.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
